Class Coaching - WPNSA - Friday 8 May 2026
Here's an opportunity to step up your summer racing with a focused day of high-quality class coaching at one of the UK’s premier sailing venues. Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy (WPNSA) offers world‑class facilities and reliable conditions, making it the perfect setting for sharpening skills, testing set‑ups and building confidence. The training is the day before our opening meeting also hosted by WPNSA, so you can stay for the weekend and put your new skills to the test.
The details:
A minimum of 12 boats is required for the training to go ahead, so please commit early.
Maximum of 20 places.
Coach will be Adam Bowers, who brings extensive top‑level skiff racing experience and a strong focus on practical skills and setup.
Training will take place on Friday 8 May, with boats rigged and ready for a 10am start.
All levels are encouraged to attend, particularly sailors newer to the class.
Cost: £30 per participant (members and non‑members of WPNSA).
WPNSA facilities will be available throughout the day.
Early sign‑up is encouraged to help with planning and water support logistics.
To take part, you must be a paid‑up member of the Musto Skiff Class Association. Join or renew your class membership here.
Big thanks to Noble Marine Insurance, who continue to support the class with a contribution to our training budget and help subsidise this event.
