RYA Safety Boat Course

Please ensure you have completed the RYA powerboat level 2 prior to taking this course.

This course covers the skills and techniques to provide effective safety cover to a racing dinghies, cruising boats, kayakers and other water users.

The course is conducted mostly on the water by a skilled instructor over 2 days this course will require a minimum of 4 students to run.

What we provide:

RYA safetyboat book. (and certificate where applicable)
Buoyancy aid.

What you need to provide:

Suitable shoes (eg wellies)
Towel.
full waterproofs.
Lunch
£1 for lockers (returnable)

Notes:

Pre-course information will be sent out approximately 7 days before the course start date.

You do not need to be a member of the sailing club to take part in an RYA course.

A minimum number of students may apply to each course.
