We are delighted to offer this comprehensive two day power boat course to all juniors between the ages of 12 - 18 years on Wednesday 28th & Thursday 29th August. 

Instructor: Geoff Angell

Times 9.30am until 4.30pm both days, meet in the HFTC (the mobile classroom at the end of the carpark)

Course content: Launching and recovery, boat handling, securing to a buoy, anchoring, leaving and coming alongside, man overboard

Ability after course: Self-sufficient powerboater in the right conditions, aware of own limitations and those of the craft

Please note: This course is taught in NBYC owned powerboats on Wroxham Broad.  Please ensure that you are suitably dressed.  Lifejackets are available if you do not have your own.  If you would like tuition in your own owned powerboat or on a different waterway please contact training@nbyc.co.uk providing full details.
