Stage One: This course is suitable for those children 8 years old and above with little or no sailing experience - we will be offering 6 weeks of 'after school' sessions, teaching the basics of sailing. Youngsters will be working towards the RYA Stage One qualification which teaches the basics of sailing, parts of the boat, and how to launch, recover and steer. This would also be suitable for those who completed a Stage 1 last year, and would like a refresher before moving on to Stage 2 later in the summer.
This price does not include boat hire - please see next step if you wish to hire an oppie or topper. Boat hire is £30 for the 6 weeks.
