Complete Bread Making Guide
This practical breadmaking course, run by experienced baker Tom Fox is ideal for beginners and anyone looking to develop prior knowledge and build baking confidence. Tom will guide the group through the fundamentals of breadmaking, demonstrate different kneading techniques, proving, loaf shaping and trouble shooting guidance.
On the day you will be making a seeded wholemeal loaf, a white loaf, hot cross buns and a focaccia or olive bread of which you will be able to take home and share with friends and family.
Attendees would need to bring a mixing bowl, bread tins and a baking tray. All ingredients for the bakes will be provided. Attendees would need to bring along their own lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided.
