Canoefest 2024 CAMPING WEEKEND  

24th – 27th May.

River Avon, Eckington, Worcestershire.

Following last year’s extremely successful event we are pleased to announce that 2024s Canoefest will be situated on the banks of the River Avon, Near Pershore. This is an excellent location for a number of reasons, in terms of travel it is very centrally placed and as such creates a great platform to access additional rivers: the Wye and the Severn.

These choices allow us to offer scenic river paddling; moving water opportunities on local rapids and weirs; With coaches on hand to support our members; boat demos to try out , as well as heritage sites, and steam trains.

Join us on the River Avon

Our 2024 event is based on an exclusively booked site on the banks of the River Avon and on the fringes of the Cotswold Area of Outstanding National Beauty.

The Avon offers many touring paddles.Our site also offers easy access to several other rivers and great trips that can offer a C11 castle, a World Heritage bridge, and a steam train shuttle.

Want a little more adventure? We plan to offer coaching at Symonds Yat and Jackfield rapids.

A three day event with a big activity programme!

Our event programme is in development but we can promise skills workshops and guided trips, and adventures. We will also have bushcraft and camp cooking demonstrations.

After last years successful catering by the amazing Llama farmers, we're excited to announce that they are travelling with us to this years location.
