Membership of the UK Orchard Network is on an organisational level. Individuals can join with a description of their interest in orchards, for example "Collection Holder" as the organisation.

Organisations with more than one member wishing to join ON will require one full member who will be the administrator. Further staff from the same organisation can sign up as corresponding members using the same organisation name.

Membership subscriptions are our only regular source of income. If you are able to support the Orchard Network with a full membership, please do, but the most valuable thing you can bring to the group are your contributions and specialist knowledge.

Full membership

Subscription as a full member costs £25 per year. You will receive all communications and will have a vote when electing the chair or board members, or indeed apply yourself. There are several working groups with specific remits that you may join, including Orchard Blossom Day, Rootstocks, and Webinars.

Corresponding member

Free version of the above but you will not be able to stand for or vote on board or chair appointments. If you have a special area of interest covered by a working group, you will be able to join them with this level of membership. This automatically renews each year.

Minutes only

If you just want to keep abreast of Orchard Network activities, you can elect to only receive minutes from the full meetings (two per annum). This automatically renews each year.

Payments will be taken via GoCardless. You will be asked to set up a direct debit arrangement. No other payments can be taken without further subscription orders.
