From 2027 year, the club will move to a single annual renewal date of 1 February for all members.

During 2026, when your membership next comes up for renewal you will pay a reduced fee based on how many months remain until 31 January 2027.

This means:

• You only pay for the time remaining between renewal and Jan 31st 2027.

• The cost of the transition is spread fairly across all members

• Everyone gradually moves onto the same renewal date.

The minimum BHPA qualification for membership of the SEWHGPG club is BHPA CP. Please do not apply for membership until you have your qualification document from your BHPA School. This CP qualification must also include theoretical AND practical Top Landing skills signed off by an instructor or club coach. If you need help getting these signed off, please contact sewchairman@gmail.com for assistance before proceeding with your membership application. 

Your SEW club membership is only valid whilst having valid BHPA membership. Refunds due to BHPA membership becoming invalid are not possible.
