Welcome to Leamington Cycling & Athletics Club
Leamington Cycling and Athletics Club welcomes new members of all abilities from the age of 7 upwards. Just come along to the track on a Tuesday or Thursday at 6pm for juniors and 6.30pm for seniors to talk to our coaches and join in with one of the training sessions. You must do this before joining as a junior because we cannot guarantee that we will have space immediately. You can try us out free for four weeks. Once you have joined we do not offer refunds.
Membership
Leamington C&AC use a 3rd party system, Webcollect, to administer your membership, allowing you to purchase a new membership, renew an existing membership and to make online payments. It also provides a method for LC&AC to communicate with you.
Membership fees: All subscriptions run from April 1st 2024 to March 31st 2025. For new members, if you join after 1st Oct 2024 then some subscriptions are discounted. Online payment is by Paypal or Direct Debit. You will have to approve any payments the following year: We cannot take money from you without your permission.
TRANSFERRING to LC&AC from another club
If you are transferring from another England Athletics (EA) Affiliated Club then you must use the EA ‘My Athletics Portal’ to request a Club Transfer: https://myathletics.uka.org.uk/portal/Members/Login. Whilst your current club can approve your transfer within 24 hrs, the transfer process and EA approval can take up to one month to complete. We recommend therefore that you start the Join LC&AC process asap, if you wish to compete for LC&AC. NB: only the individual can commence the transfer process, neither club involved can perform this.
