Summer Fun Sailing
Prerequisite: RYA Youth Stage 2 certificate (or equivalent experience) (8 years +)
Duration: 5 days from Monday 4th to Friday 8th July.
Description: This week long sailing activity will enable sailors to build their confidence and get more time on the water. They may be sailing on a variety of boats in mixed ability groups, going on adventures, exploring the local environment and improving their sailing all at once! Depending on experience, it might also cover some seamanship skills, racing and use of spinnakers.
Personal equipment (Dinghy sailing)
All personal equipment should be provided by the participant. Personal equipment must include the following: full wetsuit*, waterproof jacket (or cag), fleece (over wetsuit under jacket), wetsuit boots and hat. Gloves are optional, but recommended. Buoyancy aids can be the participants own (will be checked by instructors) or can be provided.

Membership Requirements
All youths attending these courses must be Cadet Members of the RNCYC, each youth must have at least one parent/guardian as a Temporary Sailing Member of the RNCYC.
