Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Sidmouth Sailing Club is an important opportunity for members to come together, reflect on the past year, and help shape the future of the Club.
During the meeting, the Committee will present reports covering sailing activities, training, events, membership, facilities, and the Club’s financial position. Members will have the opportunity to review the annual accounts, ask questions, and contribute to open discussion on key matters affecting the Club.
The AGM also includes the election of Officers and Committee Members for the forthcoming year. This ensures the continued leadership and smooth running of the Club, supported by the involvement and enthusiasm of its members.
In addition, any proposed resolutions or changes to Club governance will be presented for consideration and vote where required.
Above all, the AGM is a chance for members to engage with the direction of Sidmouth Sailing Club, share ideas, and support its continued success both on and off the water.
