PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS EVENT IS ONLY FOR CURRENT MEMBERS WHO HAVE NEVER RALLIED AND THOSE WHO ARE NOT CURRENT MEMBERS BUT WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT A BIT MORE ABOUT THE CLUB AND EXPERIENCE WHAT A RALLY IS LIKE.
1: Please select all the nights you will be attending the Event.
2: Then select the "add to basket" button, your shopping basket will open briefly in a pop-up window (do not check out at this stage) . Instead, wait for the basket pop-up to close, then click the next button to go to part 2 of the process —the Event fee payment section.
Please remember to use the unique Order Number as the reference when paying via BACS
Payments for Events must be made 6 weeks before the event start date, as this is when we finalise our numbers with the site. After this date, if no payment is forthcoming, it may not be possible to accept you onto the Event unless the Rally Secretary agrees (This is to limit any site payment liability for the club). However, we will try to accommodate any last-minute requests whenever possible.
Please note that if the club incurs any costs associated with an Event or its activities, we may not be able to refund any payments you have already made in the event of a cancellation.
A £10 First Time Event Voucher may be used against any Club Event, except for 3rd-party-hosted events such as Warners shows, Steam Fairs, etc., i.e., where payment is made directly to the 3rd party. The voucher must be used in conjunction with an Event booking and the associated payment, within 12 months of first joining the club, i.e before your date of membership renewal. When using your voucher, please email the Rally Secretary confirming its use and the associated Event Booking.
