How to Book
To book a place for your child, please click 'add to basket,' proceed to 'checkout,' and follow the instructions. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. Bookings without immediate payment will be cancelled, and the place will not be guaranteed thereafter. Please note that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other sessions.
Annual Membership Requirements
All new participants joining our basketball program from September 1, 2025, must pay an annual £24 membership fee (valid September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026). The membership fee must be paid, and the yearly membership form completed, in conjunction with your termly booking.
The membership fee can be paid using the link on the WebCollect homepage or via the booking form. Children will be unable to participate in sessions until both the form is completed and payment is received.
Attendance and Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other Spartans sessions, including if your child discontinues participation for any reason. We guarantee a minimum of 10 training sessions per term which is reflected in the price listed. In the event that any sessions are cancelled, the term will always consist of at least 10 sessions.
Spartans Training Kit
All players are required to wear a Spartans t-shirt for training sessions. The t-shirt is available to purchase online for £17 via a link on the WebCollect homepage. Once payment is made, your child's t-shirt will be ordered and available for pickup at a training session. Please note that t-shirts can take a few weeks to arrive after ordering.
