This WebCollect link is for the first instalment of the TVRC Big Summer Camp, taking place from Thursday 20th to Sunday 23rd August at Parwood Equestrian Centre.
Please ensure payment is made by the due date to secure your place.
Important information
All riders must be current members of Thames Valley Riding Club and have completed at least half of their required volunteering hours prior to attending camp.
All attendees agree to abide by the venue rules and behave in line with the BRC Handbook, in particular the Code of Conduct. If an individual no longer wishes to participate in an organised teaching session, they must inform the instructor and leave the arena or cross-country course.
Cancellation & withdrawal policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation after payment due dates will result in a refund less the deposit only if the space is filled and costs are recovered. If the space is not filled, TVRC may issue a partial refund at the Committee’s discretion.
Exceptions may be made with a valid doctor’s or veterinary note.
All refunds are based on actual recoverable costs. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Late payments
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of the deposit and release of the space. Partial refunds may be considered if the place is reallocated and costs recovered.
