Two day weekend camp at Wheatlands Farm (9-10 May)

Lessons in flatwork, poles/SJ and XC (all jumping is optional)

All campers must complete the Wheatlands Farm registration if you haven't done so before.
Terms and Conditions: All riders must be current members of TVRC and have completed at least half their required volunteering hours prior to camp.
All attendees agree to abide by the venue rules and behave in line with the BRC Handbook, in particular the Code of Conduct. If an individual no longer wishes to participate in an organised teaching session they must inform the instructor and leave the arena/XC course.
Cancellation policy and withdrawal terms: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation after 1st or 2nd payment due dates will result in a refund less the deposit if the space is filled and costs recouped. If the space is not filled TVRC may issue a partial refund at the Committee’s discretion. Exceptions will be made if a valid doctor’s or veterinary note is provided. All refunds will be based on actual recoverable costs. Payment processing fees are always non-refundable.
Late payments: Failure to pay by due dates - If payment isn’t made by the due date, your deposit is non-refundable and your space may be released. Partial refunds may be offered if the spot is reallocated and costs recovered.
