Thinking of joining us as a sailor or paddleboarder?

We are small enough to be friendly and welcoming. Our members are always willing to help with advice and tips, if asked.

Racing is competitive, but not ruthless. The lake is a constant challenge. It is also spring fed so clean and warmer than a reservoir!!

We are not all racers. Some of our members are very happy to cruise and admire the scenery and wildlife (we are right next to a nature reserve).

If SUP is your thing, then we would love to meet you.

Club members are allowed to sail Aztec boats or use their paddleboards as long as they are not required for their activities. For obvious reasons, only sailing members may helm Aztec boats.

Please note, our sailors must have at least RYA Adult Level 2 or Junior Stage 3. SUP members must be competent enough to be in control of their boards.

All owners of boats sailed or stored at Upton Warren must have boat insurance which includes Third Party Accident cover to the value of £3,000,000.
