Welcome to the "WebCollect" site for Wyedean Canoe Club

On this site, you can pay for your annual membership subscriptions and update your contact and vehicle details. Should you need to, there are some limited boat storage options offered to club members, and you can book this here, too. 

Courses will commence at the end of April 2026. (Dates and details TBA) We are running a 12-week White Water Course, as well as a series of beginners/ improvers courses open to all ages. This course is booked in 4-week blocks, and participants will be grouped into small groups depending on experience and what they want to achieve- i.e., flat water trips, develop white water skills, confidence in canoes, etc. 

We are lucky enough to get free parking & launching on Thursday Evenings ONLY from 6 pm, thanks to the Canoe Centre. If you arrive before this time, you need to pay for parking & launching. There is a £5 Admin fee to put your vehicle registration on the ANPR system run by the Camoe Centre. If you change your vehicle during the season, you need to change it on your membership form & notify the Membership secretary, and there is another £5 Admin fee.

The emphasis is not just on skills, but on having fun! 

We intend to hold our regular committee meeting online on the first Monday of each month, and you are welcome to come along and join in, but we’ll keep you updated with the outcome and any further changes. If there’s anything you’d like us to discuss, please let us know.

WE DO NEED YOUR HELP.... on club nights, we do need help, and as a condition of membership renewal, you’ll be expected to help via a duty rota for getting kit out and back in, keeping steps and launch area clear, and helping with courses and groups on the water. If we all help, it should only be for a couple of nights in the year. When you sign up or renew your membership, please indicate the area(s) that you can help us with.
