River Eden whitewater days 7th & 14th November 2026
Over the month of November 2026 we are going to paddle the river Eden in various crafts on a weekend day
The River Eden offers a scenic and accessible paddling experience, especially between Lazonby and Armathwaite, with gentle rapids, wooded gorges, and historic landmarks. Ideal for open canoes and paddleboards with novice groups. This 9 mile route offers a great mix of gentle challenge, natural beauty, wild animals and historic interest.
There will be 2 weekend days available for paddling in November, starting with whitewater paddleboarding and then the following weekend whitewater canoeing solo or tandem on the river Eden.
7th-whitewater paddleboard
14th-whitewater canoe
must have experience on sheltered water and looking to progress to moderate water.
Kit can be signed out and used on the day trips.
