2025 WYSA AUTUMN SATURDAY SAILING
WYSA Autumn Saturday sailing commences on 13th September and runs until 18th October.
Session dates are 13th, 20th and 27th September and 11th and 18th October. Session times are 1.30pm to 4.30pm on all dates except for18th October, which will be 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Sailors will be divided into two groups - those who are new to WYSA will cover RYA Stage 3 skills and those who will be taking part in the Single Handed Team Racing on 4th and 5th October, will practice their team racing skills.
On 18th October we are inviting sailors from local clubs to join WYSA sailors for the day. We will organise a combination of training in the morning and races in the afternoon. We hope this will encourage more youngsters to join WYSA in the future, when we plan to organise a Worcestershire Youth series for young sailors in Worcestershire to train and race together.
The cost is £40 for five WYSA sessions (four afternoons and one all day).

Parents are required to ensure that the 2025 WYSA Sailor Subscription has been completed and £5 subscription fee for 2025 has been paid in order to enable sailor's participation in WYSA events for 2025.
In addition, we would like parents to complete the WYSA Adult Subscription, to ensure WYSA safeguarding requirements are met, and we know of any relevant qualifications parents may have; there is no charge for the Adult Subscription.
The 2025 WYSA Code of Conduct is attached to this event information. Sailors and parents are required to read this document and confirm your agreement to the Code of Conduct on the booking form.
