Our Annual Dinner and Prizegiving is being held at North Lakes Hotel, Penrith

on Saturday 26th November 2016


 Dinner will be followed by dancing 



Gravalax of Salmon

beetroot creme batch, crispy scallop, lemon

Tartiflette — Warm Caramelised Onion and Gruydre Cheese Tali

winter greens, maple-glazed bacon

Cream of White Onion Soup

cider, sage, sweet potato croutons v



Butter-Roasted Turkey

fresh herb and berg stuffing, pigs in blankets, homemade cranberry port sauce, roast gravy

Slow-cooked Blade of Beef Sauerbraten style

spiced root vegetables, creamy Alsace mustard, brandy and peppercorn sauce 

Baked Munchkin Pumpkin

sherry roasted vegetables, chestnuts, porcini and formaggio sauce v


All served with balsamic and honey-glazed Heritage carrots and parsnips,
brussels sprouts, roasted and gratin potatoes
