To join the DHPC, you must be a current BHPA member with a Club Pilot (Hill) minimum rating.

• If you have never joined WebCollect before, join the DHPC as a New Member.
• Our membership year runs from the 1st April to 31st March annually.
• New members joining between the 1st January and 31st March will have their membership carried over to the following year.
• All new Full Members (£20) must attend the monthly Airspace Briefing before flying for the first time at Dunstable Downs.
  Limited Members (£5) DO NOT require the Airspace Briefing. Monthly Briefing dates are shown in the Events list opposite.
• Foreign pilots wishing to join the DHPC, must first contact the BHPA to convert your existing pilot rating to a UK rating. This is to ensure that you have sufficient third-party liability insurance. 
• Because of our Club's sensitive Airspace location (inside Luton Airport CTR/CTA), and our Letter of Agreement Rules, all our sites are MEMBERS ONLY!
