Dunstable Airspace Briefing: Saturday 10th August 2024 - 10:30am

Click the 'Add to basket' button below, and follow the instructions. After you have booked you will receive a confirmation email. These briefings are FREE, there is no cost involved, but you MUST book a place so we know who is attending.
If you do not book a place and then just turn up on the day, the Senior Coach will see that no-one has booked and will not attend the briefing!
IMPORTANT - You MUST be a payed up Full Member of the DHPC when booking for the Airspace Briefing.
Meeting Point: Meet outside the main entrance to the Chiltern Gateway Visitors Centre on the Downs.

Please arrive on time as latecomers will miss the start of the Briefing and that inconveniences everyone attending. Remember Briefings are only held once per month at weekends. Please bring your BHPA membership card with you.
If you have already booked a place and then find you can't make the briefing, please contact the Lead Coach the day before to say that you won't be attending. We don't appreciate waiting for you only to find you don't even turn up.
