On the Day
You are representing your branch and you need to be correctly dressed. Please could you all plait as it sets a good impression.
Please familiarise yourself with the rules. A copy of all the PC rules including those for Tack can be found here, if you are unsure after reading the rules please then ask - https://pcuk.org/officials/rulebooks/
What to wear:
- Please dress smartly: a hacking jacket with white shirt and pony club tie. Or a navy/black jacket with Pony Club Stock or shirt and tie.
- Pony Club badge and felt.
- Beige jods/breeches.
- Please ensure your hats are tagged with a PINK PC hat tag - if not please see Jo Haigh on arrival at the venue.
- Hat silks – plain black, navy, can be velvet
- Hair must be tied back above the shoulders and preferably in a hairnet
- Short jodhpur boots, short jodhpur boots and chaps or long riding boots in black or brown
- No jewellery or earrings (watch acceptable)
- You can print and wear your number, you will need a number bib. Paper numbers will also be available on the day from your class shepherd.
- Ponies should be spotlessly clean and well turned out, in plain tack with a plain numnahs, white, black, brown or navy or EHNPC Numnahs - available to order from GG Gear.
- Tack must be well fitted and clean. Remember to check your stirrup irons, there should be 14mm clearance either side of your boots which is about a thumb width.
