Glasgow Life Museum Collection Tour

Summary
This small intimate guided tour of the Glasgow Museums Resource Centre (storage facility) near Nitshill in Glasgow G53 7NN, lasting around an hour, is an opportunity to see behind the scenes and view geology specimens not currently on display in the museums.
Please meet 1.45pm, tour starts 2pm and lasts around an hour

Limited to 10* members.
Facilities
Toilet facilities on site.
Indoors and easily accessible for all.
Travel
Own travel. There is free parking at the resource Centre or the venue is a 10 min walk from Nitshill train station.
*this will be run on a first come basis however if you find there are no spaces left to book please contact us at excursions@gsocg.org to join the waiting list. If we have enough interest we may run an extra tour.
- Level 1: Multiaccess – "All users including people with reduced mobility."
- Level 2: Easy – All levels of fitness and family groups including children and the elderly
- Level 3: Moderate – "People with a moderate level of fitness."
- Level 4: Strenuous – "People accustomed to walking rough trails and with a high level of fitness."
