Club Supper - Tuesday 23rd July, 7pm drinks reception followed by dinner at approx 7.30pm
Featuring a talk from Bernie Rowe, owner of one of the Dunkirk little ships "Mimosa"
If you have a preference of who you would like to sit with, please state when booking.
Tables are for 8 people, we are able to fit 9 people on these tables but it is a squeeze!
(If you would like a larger table for 10 people please call the Office to check availability before hand.)
Starter
Crispy calamari with chorizo Aioli
Wild mushroom & caramelised onion tart sweet onion puree
Mains
Pan seared Gressingham duck, with duck fat fondant potato, asparagus, carrot
and onion puree, with a sweet duck sauce
Mushroom Bourguignon pie, sweet onion puree, pomme puree, red wine jus
Desserts
White chocolate and raspberry creme brulee, sable biscuit
Lemon meringue tart, raspberry coulis, raspberry sorbet
