Lark and Scorpion Open Meeting 2026
RSWSC will be hosting a combined open meeting for the Lark and Scorpion classes over the May Bank holiday between Saturday 2nd May and Monday 4th May 2026
The clubhouse and bar will be open on Friday 1st May for those who wish to arrive ahead of the event.
The entry fee covers all river dues and berthing at Ferry Point. If using a combi trailer boats should be kept on the trailer after sailing. Should you wish to keep your trailer separately there will be an additional £5 per day charge which is not included in the entry fee.
Please print the NOR & SI's from the links provided as limited copies will be available at the club.
The entry also includes 2 tickets for the Saturday meal which will be a chilli with rice and garlic bread.
Additional tickets can be purchased at £15 per head by selecting the next page when you have selected and saved your entry type.
If you have any food allergies or food type preference (vegetarian, vegan, etc) please advise the galley staff on arrival.
There is an option for a single race entry at £25 but this does not include river dues or a meal ticket.
You will need to select each item separately and add to your basket before completing the process
Please proceed to the Social Events Tab for additional meal tickets and to express an interest in fish and chip on Friday
On Saturday night there will be musical entertainment and all are invited to join in and enjoy a great evening's entertainment.
RSWSC has adopted an online method for entering events and paying associated fees.
Once you have selected the correct entry fee below the system requires you complete the associated forms and will provide the opportunity to print associated documents.
The process will require you to sign in to your WebCollect account (our online entry system).
If you do not have an account with WebCollect, please tick the 'Sign Up' field in the top right of the screen and you will be instructed how to set up an account. This data can be deleted at the end of the event should you wish.
Once you have completed your boat entry please select 'Add To Basket'.
