OPERA
The Oil, Petrochemical and Energy Risks Association (OPERA) provides a debating forum for professionals involved in insurance of the oil and gas sector.
Membership is by invitation and Opera uses the WebCollect system to review and approve new members' applications, including details of proposers and seconders. Annual subscriptions run from February each year and members renew their subscriptions on the WebCollect system using Paypal. They also use WebCollect to book onto seminars and other events.
Opera imported their members' list into the WebCollect system and now use the WebCollect system to manage their subscriptions and email members.
