What does it cost?

We understand that clubs and societies have limited budgets.

WebCollect has been designed as a cost-effective solution, so that you manage your organisation more easily without blowing your budget.

Where are the hidden charges?

We don't like hidden charges, so we try to be as transparent as possible. All the pricing information you need is on this page.

Why is it so cheap?

We don't have a "sales team" and we don't pay for advertising. We are finding that word of mouth is spreading fast, so if you want to help keep charges down, tell others about WebCollect!

I represent many clubs, can I have a discount?

Yes, please contact us. There may also be features to help manage your group of organisations, that we can offer you.

Premium features

We have tried to keep the price of WebCollect as low as possible (we know that many clubs and societies have small budgets). We are also firm believers in WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get..). So, generally when we roll out new features, you will see them pop up in your administration panel and will be available for you to use, at no extra cost.

However, in some cases, where the feature has outside costs for us, or is more expensive for us to maintain, we need to charge a little extra for it. For premium features like this, you will see them flagged up as premium features, so you can choose whether you want to have them or not. The current premium features are:

Number of members

  • All members appearing on your "Members" list in the admin panel, even if they do not yet have a valid subscription or their subscription has expired.
