Burns Night - 25 January 2025
Burns Night is annually celebrated in Scotland on or around 25 January. It commemorates the life of the bard (poet) Robert Burns, who was born on 25 January 1759. The day also celebrates Burns' contribution to Scottish culture. His best known work is Auld Lang Syne.

Starter - Vegetable bruschetta (peas, mushrooms, tomatoes), Main course - Choice of traditional or vegetarian haggis with mashed potatoes and mashed swede. Dessert - Raspberry cranachan trifle.

Limit of 40 places. Arrive just after 19.00 for a 19.30 start.
Black tie / formal dress or Lounge suit or Jacket and tie.
Closing date - Tuesday 21 January. ( Members only to book first, then guests after 14 January. This event is usually popular, so priority goes to members first. )
