Great North Asymmetric Challenge 2019
April 13-14 2019. An 8 race handicap series sailed on windward/leeward courses, open to all asymmetric dinghies and Vortexes.
At 7pm on Saturday evening all competitors, visitors, and members are welcome to join us for a two course meal in the clubhouse. To assist with catering preparations, which is being provided by Harry's Kitchen (Keswick), please book your places (£10 per person), and select your choices, by Thursday 11 April.
Menu - Steak Pie or Cheese & Leek Quiche, followed by Apple & Raspberry Crumble
Also, there will be draught beers at the bar, and an old skool games night after the meal.
Camping is available on site for tents, caravans and motorhomes (£7 per unit per night). Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead and are not allowed in the clubhouse.
Enter by April 8 and save £10. Under 18 sailors receive an additional £5 discount.
Eight races scheduled. No refund for races not sailed, or cancelled due to prevailing weather conditions.
The club will be open from 17:00 on Friday April 12. The first start will be at 13:00 on Saturday April 13. The SI's will be available here, in due course.
