CONNINGBROOK LAKES: RYA Stage 1 Youth Dinghy Sailing course (2 days) (ages 8 to 17 years)
This course is for complete beginners, min. age 8 years, and is for school age kids/youth.
Come wearing a swimming costume under your own wetsuit if possible, if you don't have your own, please let us know and we can loan you one for the course. Come wearing a swimming costume under sports clothing if you don't yet have your own wetsuit.
In the watersports season, wetsuits are availalble in shops/supermarkets and also online.
Wear old trainers or neoprene beach shoes which will get wet.
Bring your own helmet to wear (bike helmet is fine).
Bring a towel, warm top to wear, and a change of clothes/shoes in a bag together with hand sanitizer and a packed lunch/drink.
The instructor team looks forward to meeting you!
Arrive at 10am ready for the session.
Collection is by 5pm.
(if changing on site, then arrive from 9.30am, and there is also changing time available until 5.30pm, both timings supervised by your parent/guardian)
