2026 K1 Open  

The inaugural K1 open will be held at RSWSC from Saturday 18th to Sunday 19th July 2026.

All visitors and competitors will be able to access the sailing club a few days before the event and the changing facilities will be made available to those who wish to have a practice sail and of course the galley and bar will be open.

The entry fee for the event is:

£85:00 per boat including a meal ticket for Saturday evening (Entry closes at 23:59 on 11th July 2026)

£70:00 per boat excluding a meal for Saturday evening.(Entry closes at 23:59 on 18th July 2026)

The entry fee includes all river dues and berthing for the duration of the event and all boats should be returned to their road trailers each evening to avoid an additional fee being charged for another space. Alternatively please remove trailers to your accommodation.

A meal, either meat or vegetarian will be available of Saturday evening and must be booked when entering.

Additional meal tickets can be purchased at a cost of £15 per head until 23:59 on 11th July 2026

Please select the meal type required and also complete the section on the entry form relating to any allergens or dietary requirements.

More details of the meal options will be made available in due course.

RSWSC will be offering Fish & Chips on Friday evening from 18:00. This is not included in the entry and will be at your own cost.

Please indicate below you intention to attend so the galley can ensure they have enough food.

RSWSC have adopted an online method for entering events and paying associated fees.

Once you have selected the correct entry fee below the system requires you complete the associated forms and will provide the opportunity to print associated documents. Please print prior to the events as limited copies will be available at the club.

The process will require you to sign in to your WebCollect account (our online entry system).

 If you do not have an account with WebCollect, please tick the 'Sign Up' field in the top right of the screen and you will be instructed how to set up an account. This data can be deleted at the end of the event should you wish.

Once you have completed your boat entry please select 'Add To Basket'.

Then select the 'Add To Basket' button

Once completed please select the 'Checkout' Button and you will be guided through the remaining steps.'.
