Rowing Club template

The Sample Rowing Club has been tailored specifically for rowing clubs.

Using this template to create your trial organisation will provide you with a pre-made set of subscriptions and example events, together with tailored content.

Subscriptions

The Sample Club comes with 6 types of subscription:

Individual adult membership: an annual subscription
Family membership: a group subscription
Student membership: Reduced rate subscription
Junior membership: A junior subscription, which requires parents to provide their contact details
Racking: Multiple pricing for different boats

You can change or remove these, and add new ones to suit.

Events

The Sample Club has 3 event categories and various sample events set up:

Taster sessions, multiple dates with booking form attached
Annual Dinner
Committee Meetings: a multi-date event

These sample events have been designed to illustrate what is possible, and can easily be adapted.

Membership Form

The Sample Membership Form is an interactive form, including:

Gender
Previous rowing/sculling experience.
Emergency contact details
Medical conditions
Parental consent for Under 18s
Declaration

Taster Form

The Taster Form is an interactive form, including:

Partipant Name
Medical conditions
Emergency contact details
Declaration

Payment Methods

The sample organisations have all payment methods set up (with the checkout disabled so we don't actually take your money). When you create a trial organisation, based on one of the templates, the trial will have cheques enabled to get you started.

Content

The sample organisation has content/wording that is generally relevant for a rowing club, ready for you to tailor to your particular organisation.
