Templates are sample organisations for a particular type of club or society. The template provides you with some sample subscription products (e.g. annual membership), events and forms, tailored for the relevant sector.
How to set up a trial using a template
Click here to view our range of templates. We are adding to them all the time, so if you don't spot one for your sector, drop us an email and let us know what you are looking for. Feel free to browse around the template, add some items to your basket etc. If you want to see the forms that have been configured, you will need to create an account, and start the checkout process. These are fully operational organisations, right up to the point of placing an order. You can see what the experience would be like for a new member joining an organisation via WebCollect, or booking an event. However, in order to get the full experience, including seeing how to manage the organisation via the administration panel, you will need to create a trial.
Setting up a free trial takes just a couple of minutes. It's no commitment (we won't ask for your credit card details or anything like that). Click here to set up the trial. Select the template that you would like to use, add your organisation's details and away you go.
Once you have created your trial, you can then tweak the content, add/remove subscription products/events etc. For each sample organisation, there is an article with suggestions on what you may want to review/change. These articles can be found in the Help section here.
