Horseriding Club template
The Sample Horse Riding Club has been tailored specifically for riding clubs.
Using this template to create your trial organisation will provide you with a pre-made set of subscriptions and example events, together with tailored content.
Subscriptions
The Sample Club comes with 5 example subscriptions:
- Joining Fee: a one-off fee
- Individual adult membership: an annual subscription. With option including BRC levy
- Family membership: an annual subscription. With option including BRC levy
- Junior membership: A junior subscription, which requires the collection of a responsible adult's details
- Non-riding membership: an annual subscription. With option including BRC levy
You can change or remove these, and add new ones to suit.
Events
The Sample Club has 4 event categories and various sample events set up:
- Clinics and rallies, single and multi-day events
- Club Show, single day event with multiple classes
- Prize giving and annual dinner
- Committee meetings, multi-day event
These sample events have been designed to illustrate what is possible, and can easily be adapted.
Forms
Membership Form
The Sample Club has a membership forms, including:
- Gender and age bracket
- Medical Conditions
- Parental Medical Consent
- BRC Membership Number
- Declaration
Clinic/Rally Form
The Sample Event Form includes:
- Participant's name/age
- Medical conditions
- Emergency contact details
- Declaration
Payment Methods
The sample organisations have all payment methods set up (with the checkout disabled so we don't actually take your money). When you create a trial organisation, based on one of the templates, the trial will have cheques enabled to get you started.
Content
The sample organisation has content/wording that is generally relevant for a riding club, ready for you to tailor to your particular organisation.
