Drama Classes template
The Sample Drama Classes has been tailored specifically for people/organisations providing providing acting and drama classes, workshops and courses for adults or children.
Using this template to create your trial organisation will provide you with a pre-made set of example events, together with tailored content.
Events
The sample organisation has 6 categories and 5 sample events set up:
- Voice Workshops: pricing is by session.
- Evening Drama Classes: pricing for individual sessions, with discount rate for the whole term
- Introduction to Film: pricing is set by half term. Multiple sessions during the week.
- Musical Summer Courses: week long courses. Payment is for the week
- Drama Beginner Sessions: pricing is set by term. Multiple sessions during the week
These sample events have been designed to illustrate what is possible, and can easily be adapted.
Forms
Participant Form
The Sample Membership Form is an interactive form, including:
- Participant Name. Short text field
- Date of Birth. Date field. Note: this can be set to restrict allowed dates (e.g. if event is only open to a certain age group)
- Emergency Contact details. Name and phone number
This information can easily be printed off before each class, and used as a register, list of contact details etc.
Event participants can be added to an email list, to enable you to communicate with them regularly by email or text messaging.
Payment Methods
The sample organisations have all payment methods set up (with the checkout disabled so we don't actually take your money). When you create a trial organisation, based on one of the templates, the trial will have cheques enabled to get you started.
Content
The sample organisation has content/wording that is relevant for drama classes, ready for you to tailor to your particular set-up.
