The Club offers a range of membership options, including Second Claim membership.
2024-25 Family Membership
Annual End Date: 31st MarchFee is £90 per family group from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025.
This category is for 2 adults plus children under 25 who are in full time education.
Note that this option does not include EA Licences and all family members between 11-18 years of age must purchase an EA Licence separately.
2024-25 Youth
Annual End Date: 31st MarchFee is £40 for Membership plus £19 for EA Licence, and runs from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025.
This category is for individual junior membership for person's up to the age of 18.
Note that this DOES include an EA Licence.
2024-25 Young Persons Membership
Annual End Date: 31st MarchFee is £30 from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025.
This category is for individual membership, for person's between the ages of 18-25 (must be 25 and under on the 1st April).
Note that this does not include an EA Licence.
Coaches and Honorary Memberships
Period: 365Honorary Vice Presidents, Honorary Life Members of DMVAC and designated Coaches are entitled to free membership of the Club.
Whilst this category incurs no charge, such members are asked to complete the subscription and then review their membership details so that they are registered as full members of DMVAC.
EA licences are managed separately from the Web Collect system, so if you need a licence (paid for by the Club), please email Nikki Hutton on nicolettehutton01@gmail and a licence will be ordered for you.
The 2024 membership year runs from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025.
2024-25 EA Licence
Annual End Date: 31st MarchAn EA Race Licence is mandatory for all Youth members and any Adult members wishing to race in an EA licensed event.
The 2024/25 fee is £19.00 .
You must purchase a Membership Fee to have an EA Licence.
2024-25 Individual Adult
Annual End Date: 31st MarchFee is £45.00 from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025.
This category is for individual adult membership (25+ years old on the 1st April 2024)
Note that this does not include an EA Licence.
2024-25 Youth U11
Annual End Date: 31st MarchFee is £40 for Membership and runs from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025.
This category is for individual junior membership for person's under 11 (Must be 11 and under on the 1st April).
Note that this DOES NOT include an EA Licence.
2024-25 Second Claim Membership
Annual End Date: 31st MarchFor individual members who have first claim membership elsewhere.
Fee of £30 for membership year which runs from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025.
Note that this does not include an EA Licence.
Club Contribution or Donation
Period: 1For a variety of reasons, members may wish to make a contribution or ad hoc payment to the Club. This subscription option makes it possible to contribute a variable amount to the club.
