What are pending subscriptions?
These are subscriptions that a member has placed an order for, but has not yet paid for.
Where are they listed?
You can find the list of pending subscriptions, by clicking on the Subscriptions link in Membership Summary (or in the Quick Nav). There is a link to the pending subscriptions at the top of the page.
The pending subscriptions show the new end date (ie what it will be once the member has paid).
Why show them on a separate list?
WebCollect has been based on standard legal principles. When you buy a house, you don't actually get the house until completion when all of the money has been paid. It's the same with the subscriptions. In the meantime, they are listed on the subscriptions page.
