The Event Co-Ordinator role is a limited access role. The Event Co-Ordinator is only given access to events or activities, where they have been specifically given access to the individual event or activity. They do not have general access to the administration panel, member or subscription lists.
Events
Someone with the Event Co-Ordinator role can be given specific access rights to an event, by making them the Email Contact for the event. They can:
- Edit the event, including changing dates and prices
- View/download bookings for the event
- Receive the Event Bookings email for the event
New Feature: Event Co-Ordinators can now create new events.
Email Lists
Event Co-Ordinators can be given sending rights for a specific email list. Note: someone with Event Co-Ordinator rights only, can't be given Editor or Creator rights for an email list.
