At WebCollect, we are very conscious that our organisations often operate in the non-for-profit sector, and are often budget constrained. We designed the way we develop, support and deliver WebCollect such that we can keep the service as affordable as possible. Since we launched back in 2010, at the lowest price point we could muster, we have never increased our prices.
Nine years later in 2019 we reviewed our pricing, as we do every year, and for the first time have decided, that a modest price increase of around 10% was necessary in order for us to continue to cover our costs of development, support and technical hosting.
