There are two places to find information about events:
- events in the near future will appear on your home page on the "what is happening..." column
- a full list of events for each organisation can be found in the right hand column on the organisation's home page. If the organisation is running many events, you will see some event categories listed on their home page. Click on each category to see the events in that category.
When you have found the event you wish to book a place on, click on the "book places" link (or the "view" link if you are on your home page). This will take you to the event's page. Here you can find information about the event. At the bottom of the screen are two boxes that let you choose the dates, and price category, and a box in which you can choose the number of participants. Once you have filled these in click "add to basket".
For some events, you will then be asked to complete a short form. What this asks for is dependent on the organisation but normally includes personal details, emergency contact and medical information. If you booked more than one participant, you will be asked about each participant separately. Click next and previous to move between screens. When you are finished, click "Add to basket". You will then be taken to the "my basket" screen.
From here click on:
- Continue Shopping - to go back to the same event, if you want to buy tickets for a different price
- Organisation logo - to go back to the organisation's home page, if you want to buy tickets for another event
- Checkout - to pay for your events.

Why are some dates not available?
Your club or society can restrict the number of places available. If the date you are looking at has already sold out, you will see it listed, but will not be able to select the date.
Why can I see the names of who has booked on?
These is a feature that some clubs and societies like to use, as their members like to be able to see who else is coming. If you are not keen on the feature, please contact your organisation.
