There isn't an option to send the renewal reminder email/letter as an SMS (text message). That's because there is way too much content in it. We don't offer the option of inserting links in SMS messages for the same reason. If you really want to send a reminder by SMS, then the link to include is:
https://webcollect.org.uk/SHORTNAME/mysubs where SHORTNAME is the short name that you configured for the organisation.
However, you can't include personalised login details in the SMS, so this would only be worth doing, if you are confident that your members know their login details.
Alternatively, you could text them a short reminder, asking them to check their email for the login details, or to contact you if they don't know what they are.
