You can set a payment surcharge (as a percentage or fixed amount) for each payment method. It will apply to all orders using that payment method, regardless of what the member purchases.
We don't have a facility to allow you to restrict the surcharge to just events, or just subscriptions. This is because WebCollect is designed to allow members to place multiple items in their basket at the same time. It would be quite confusing for the member if the surcharge was applied to some parts of the order and not others.
