You can swap to a different form after your form has been completed by some members. However you will lose the data that you had collected on the old form. Generally, you will be much better off adjusting individual questions in your form, than swapping to a new form.
If you are going to swap forms, we recommend that you download the data first, so that you keep a record of what the members provided in the form.

Click on edit in the Organisation
Details section. Click on the
configuration tab. Then select
your membership form in the
dropdown
menu and click on Save. You will be asked
to confirm that you want to delete the data collected on the old
form.
