The current event module in WebCollect is not really designed to handle this, particularly if you want hourly slots..
We know that this is a feature that quite a few organisations are keen on, so we will be developing a Resource Booking Facility, which will alllow you to configure time slots for your club resources. We will post an update on the WebCollet Home page when this is live.
