Yes, the software can be used from anywhere.
Currencies: Currently we have GBP, EUR and CAD enabled. However, it's simple to add new currencies. Just let us know which one you want adding, and we will add it for you.
Tax: If your organisation is subject to a goods and services tax, and you don't see it listed in the options, then let us know the details, and we will add that too.
Payment methods: Paypal can be used in any country. WebCollect will pass the payment information to Paypal in the currency that you have configured for the organisation. Bank transfer, cheques and cash, will also work in any country, because the payment is not technically integrated into WebCollect. Online Direct Debit (GoCardless) and credit/debit cards: These are currently only available for UK merchants.
Paying for the service: We will invoice you for the service in GBP, and ask you to pay us via Paypal. Paypal will convert the cost from your currency into GBP.
