Parents/Spouses etc who are not actually members of the Club, but for whom you want to collect details
If a new member signs up (or the administrator adds them to the system), and has added details of a person who is not actually a member of the organisation, that person will be presented with the membership form. This is because, at the time of presenting the form, the system can't tell whether they will have, a subscription.
If you don't want them to have to fill out the form, you can use a radio button question at the top of the membership form, For example: Are you a participating member of the Club? Make sure the question is phrased so that those who answer Yes to the question, are then presented with the rest of the form. Then use the drag/drop feature to make all the questions that are only relevant to participating members, are sub-questions of the radio button questions on the membership form.
Non-Members purchasing tickets for an Event
Edit the event, and tick the Open Event box. Any person purchasing tickets for the event will not be presented with a membership form.
