No, WebCollect does not have an automatic address finder. Unless we get lots of requests for it, we are unlikely to introduce it. The service costs money (a few pence per address lookup), and not many organisations are likely to want it, because they are not posting physical goods.
Sorry, but we have lots of other features that we know would be more popular to develop first.
