GoCardless charges are changing. If you have a GoCardless merchant account then starting April 2020 you will, at some stage, be migrated to the new pricing (change to max charge per TX from £2 => £4, affects orders > £200). We believe, all new merchants will be on the new pricing.
GoCardless own website shall always be authoritative source of pricing for their service and we cannot be responsible for any discrepancy.
Correspondingly WebCollect has changed its "app_fee" cap from £1 => £2, this only affects TXs above £200.This change came into effect 6 August 2020.
GoCardless is also being forced to charge VAT on their service as of September 2020. We will post a further update once it is clear what the exact changes are.
