If you decide that you no longer want to offer Direct Debit as a payment method, you can de-activate it. From the Administration panel, click on "Edit or Add New" in the Payment Methods section. Click on de-activate next to the GoCardless option.
If you want to completely close your GoCardless account, you will need to contact GoCardless to close the account. Make sure you de-activate on WebCollect first!
